We provide a comprehensive approach to climbing training—metric-based strength and conditioning programs, nutrition consultation, and mental readiness for performance assessments.

ABOUT INTEGRATED CLIMBING

Our programs were created to complement and supplement your current climbing sessions. Our system will allow you to enjoy climbing with your friends while at the same time introduce you to the most efficient and effective ways to spend 30 minutes before or after your session working on your own needs as a developing climber.

The program is broken down into a series of steps you graduate through. You are welcome to start and finish where you want to. While each program complements the other, they also have their own stand-alone value. This allows you to start and finish where you want based on your own understanding of your individual strengths and challenges.

Mental

This will teach you how to prepare your mind for the challenges that will inevitably face you when you have lofty goals in mind.

Nutrition

Nutrition is more than food — it’s fuel. This program helps athletes, climbers, and active individuals optimize their diet to support training, recovery, and performance goals.
